Hoofer Outing Club Leadership Committee

The Leadership Committee was formed by the Outing Club Executive Board on September 6, 2005 to address issues of leader development and retention. Being an entirely member-run club it is very important that the Club constantly recruit new leaders and instructors, and encourage existing leaders and instructors to be active members. Recommendations are expected to be presented at the December Executve Board meeting.
