On the matter of changes made to the padlock combination of the lower equipment cage, I, as the current equipment chairman of the Hoofer Outing Club, propose that as of October 9th, 2001, all changes shall be made the day of the Outing Club Executive Board meeting, and all members of the Executive Board present shall be informed of this change. I further propose that this rule be followed consistently, unless special circumstances deem otherwise.
